Hypnotuitive Method
A gentler approach to subconscious transformation.
Move beyond overthinking, emotional overwhelm,
and old patterns that no longer serve you —
in a way that feels safe, supportive, and deeply aligned.
The Hypnotuitive Method
There comes a point where pushing through no longer works.
Where overthinking, analysing, or trying to hold everything together simply becomes exhausting.
The Hypnotuitive Method offers a gentler approach to change — one that works with the deeper wisdom of your mind, and evolves moment to moment.
Drawing from my training in Simpson Protocol hypnosis and years of intuitive client work, I gently guide this process in a way that feels personalised, supportive, and deeply respectful of your own inner wisdom.
You don’t need to force yourself to relive everything or have all the answers.
Instead, this work creates a safe and supportive space for meaningful change to unfold naturally — in a way that feels deeply aligned for you.
WHAT SESSIONS FEELS LIKE
Hypnosis is a natural and deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more open and receptive.
In this space, we gently move beyond the noise of the analytical mind and access the deeper layers where emotional patterns, beliefs, habits, and stored experiences are held.
You remain aware and in control throughout the session.
There is no pressure to force change, relive painful experiences, or have everything figured out beforehand.
Instead, the process gently allows your mind to identify what is ready to shift — in a way that feels safe, supportive, and respectful of your boundaries.
This approach is:
• gentle
• intuitive
• deeply supportive
• guided by your own inner wisdom
Rather than working only at the surface level, this work supports change at the root cause — creating space for meaningful and lasting transformation to unfold naturally.
The wise and intuitive mind already knows what is needed.
This process simply allows that change to emerge in its own time and in its own way.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re feeling curious or unsure, you may find the answers here.
This space is designed to feel supportive, gentle, and easy to move through.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a natural and deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more calm, focused, and receptive.
Many people describe it as feeling deeply relaxed while still remaining aware of what’s happening around them.
You are not unconscious or out of control.
You remain aware throughout the session and are always able to communicate if needed.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You remain aware and in control throughout the entire session.
Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and your mind will only accept what feels safe and aligned for you.
The process is gentle, supportive, and guided by your own inner wisdom.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person and situation is different.
Some people notice significant shifts after just one session, while others may benefit from ongoing support over a series of sessions.
During your Clarity Call, we can discuss what may feel most appropriate for your individual needs and goals.
Can sessions be done online?
Yes. Sessions can be offered both online and in person.
Online sessions are just as effective, as hypnosis works through focused awareness and guided subconscious connection rather than physical touch.
Many clients enjoy the comfort and convenience of being in their own space during the session.
What if I’ve never experienced hypnosis before?
That’s completely okay.
Most people are surprised by how natural and relaxing the experience feels.
You do not need any special ability to be hypnotised — only a willingness to relax and follow the process gently.
I will guide you every step of the way so you feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the session.
How will I know if this is right for me?
If you’re feeling drawn to this work, curious about the process, or simply know something within you is ready to shift, a Clarity Call can be a gentle first step.
There is no pressure or expectation — just a supportive space to explore whether this approach feels aligned for you.
